"Have you noticed how our boobs are firming up..." Dr Crusher talking to Troy on a grassy nole... Data stops up beside them and gives them "the look" then walks away..

And

"I'm definitely feeling aggressive tendencies , sir" Worf talking to Picard after bashing a small flying transport device..

That first Star Trek mention got me thinking....
How about the one in the TV series where Worf had to pretend to be the captain of the Enterprise in order to face down an older Klingon battle cruiser after their crew came out of some kind of hibernation. After the standoff was diffused, he was asked how it felt to be in charge and Worf inhaled deeply and while looking at the captain's seat said,
"Nice chair".

And while I'm on a sci-fi tangent, after Vin Diesel easily dispatched some upper henchmen for the dark lord of whatever in the movie 'The Chronicles of Riddick', the dark lord said something like
'He was one of my best'.
To which Vin replied
'If you say so'.

I think the OP was looking for movie quotes, but Seinfeld is always good for a laugh.
