I bought a bunch of 10000uF 100V caps from a surplus dealer. I want to test them to ensure they are cool. I have tested them with a DMM for resistance. Looking for the increase with charge. A bunch of them do not do this with + to + and - to -. When I reverse it the resistance is 0.
Are these bad caps?
